§ 22-38. Severability.

Latest version.

If any provision of this article or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, or to any council district established in this article, is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of this article, or any other districts established in this article, which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this article are declared severable.
